Mr. Mahmoud Mohamed Abdel Fattah is a senior attorney and legal consultant with extensive experience in the legal field. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from Zagazig University and pursued postgraduate studies to obtain a diploma in Public Law from Alexandria University. He has also completed a training program in arbitration of civil and commercial disputes, as well as arbitration in intellectual property disputes, organized by the Egyptian Chamber for Mediation and Arbitration and the Arab Federation for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights. In addition, he is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and is registered at the appellate level.

Currently, Mr. Abdel Fattah serves as the Legal and Administrative Manager at Mohammed Saud Al-Khater Law Firm and Legal Consultations, where he oversees the firm’s legal and administrative operations.
